I'm new to this, so apologies in advance if I get the wrong end of the stick.
We have a fairly small Azure footprint, and would like to use Okta as the identity provider and for SAML login into Azure. I'm assuming its possible, does anybody have any guidance on it? Also, what licencing is required, ie Lifecycle Management?

At this time there is no specific Azure AD SAML application, but for SSO you can use the Office365 application or you can setup Azure AD as an IDP in Okta. Please see our guides for either setup below:
