As an administrator, it would be very helpful to add task error notifications in order to get better insight in realtime when a system behind Okta produces an error, which prevents access for our users.
By being notified immediately via email or Slack, it can save us time and provide full visibility on system assignment failures.

Hi! That is a really good idea - please do be sure to submit suggestion such as these at Okta Ideas. Here we can all read about, and vote on, feedback from Okta customers and parters. Also, depending on what is being flagged as an issue, you may be able to use Okta Workflows to help notify you. For instance, if users are locked out, need a password reset, a MFA reset, etc. all of these can be notified by Okta Workflows.
Also, certain issues may be tied to a System Log message as well, which can be triggered by and used to notify admins via Okta Workflows. For instance, you see an import occurred or failed, you can trigger a series of actions or notifications based on that - just a thought! Happy to help with that if need be.
