okta agent for openldap sends password in cleartext

I have noticed that when i change a password in okta, the password is configured on openldap (running under centos) as a plaintext.

if i change the password from within openldap, the password is encrypted.

any idea how i can get the password encrypted in openldap?>

    I have been looking at our documentation on this matter and there does not seem to be a mention about password encryption. Based on our doc you need to open a case with support for the feature LDAP_PUSH_PASSWORD_UPDATES, you might also what to ask if there is an additional one for password encryption.
