Office 365 License Assignment for Nonprofit
Hello, and thank you in advance for your help,
We have the following two licenses in our Office 365 account:
- Microsoft 365 Business Basic
- Microsoft 365 Business Premium
We are a nonprofit and have the nonprofit versions of the above licenses. We have set up Universal Sync with Okta and Office 365. My question is, what are the equivalent licenses in Okta? I don't even see a Business Basic option under end user assignment.

Hi! Are you inquiring about the Okta equivalent licensing structure for Okta services? If so, please reach out to your Account Manager or Sales representative and they should be able to assist with that. If you are referring to selecting the licenses for O365 in Okta, you should see that when selecting on a per group or per user basis. What options are you seeing? Like the A1/3/5, etc.?

My personal recommendation for this is to setup a test user with each licence and import them from Office365 into Okta, and you can look at the assignment tab to see the exact licences that they received and after that match those licences with a group assignment to make it easier in the future.
