I have a user that I just reactivated. But when I go to add Google Workspace under Applications. It gives me a pop up too, I think select from what version of Workspace we have licenses for. But all options are greyed out and the pointer has a circle with a line through it. How do I add Google Workspace to a reactivated user?

If the app assignment is done though groups, then the users should just have the application already.
Have you looked for the user in the Assignment tab of the application to be sure the user is not there?

Thanks Paul. We had to go back through Applications > Google Workspace, then re-import that user and that worked.
