Okta verify used to access worksite and apps, have a user that will randomly get logged out of site, and then is told incorrect password when trying to log back in. Reset MFA enrollment (using sms), reset pw which allows user to sign into company site and is immediately prompted to change password. User is good until break/lunch, will sign back in and is told wrong password. Reset, new pw created, logs out for the night and same thing again the next day user has to call and have pw reset. Have reset MFA, cleared browser, etc. Verified user is typing in same password when it was reset and worked. Any suggestions? No other error besides the dreaded password incorrect.
