tdzjx (tdzjx) asked a question.

Okta Status Dashboard

I see I can view the system statuses from the URL: https://status.okta.com/, which is great. However, is it possible to subscribe my group e-mail to alerts generated when any of the Okta services/ is down, not to mention incident updates/closures, and maintenance updates? If so, how do I do that?

Additionally, I want to onboard Okta data/logs into our monitoring tool: Dynatrace. I understand the Okta token key can help there. Does anyone have experience onboarding Okta data in Dynatrace by chance? Dynatrace Support so far has to look into it in meantime.

  • Hi @tdzjx (tdzjx) , Thank you for reaching out to the Okta Community!

Okta Communications can be enabled from your Okta Admin Dashboard → Settings → Account → Admin Email Notifications.

As for exporting log data, please review this article.

Explicit instructions for Dynatrace are not available, but we'll leave this question open for the Community, in case someone has any insight into the matter.

If my answer helped, remember to mark it as best to increase its visibility for other members of the Okta Community who might have the same questions as you.

    Hope my answer helps!
