    Is this an on-prem server or a cloud based implementation of Jira? You can always implement application sign-on policies in Okta that will restrict access to network zones that you specify. You can setup network zones using this link:

    and you can setup application sign-on policies using the below link

     

    Configure an app sign-on policy

     

    By using these two together, you can restrict certain application unless users are coming from the networks you specify (on premises, VPN, etc.)

      I couldn't found the Sign On Policy section. in application > sign on tab. am i missing something?
