The flow history shows the events, and says they were successful, yet there's no data showing in the flow. We've got "save all data that passes through the flow" checked. Seems to just be happening with one particular flow. It was working yesterday, and was told they made no changes to the flow. Any ideas?

Hi! Unfortunately I have seen this occasionally in the past with my own workflows, sometimes it appears they get "overwhelmed" and things get a bit buggy. Typically happens with me when there is a significant amount of testing that takes place over a short time. This is not official by any means, and totally anecdotal. With that being said, when there are Workflow issues that do not typically resolve themselves (which I have found they often do), contacting support is preferable as they are able to see the "backend" logs and offer greater insight as to the potential root cause. Thanks Don. Yes, that's what is happening...someone has been doing a ton of testing, but the odd thing is it's only happening with the parent flow, not the helper flows. He also created a simple test flow to see if just that would work correctly, and it didn't. But again, all the other flows are still working. I did contact support and they suggested "unchecking the "Save flow history" box, save, then edit again, check the box, and save. This should re-set the flag to save the flow history data for that flow." Unfortunately, that did not work, so will need to dig deeper. Thanks for your response!
