SSO Application not showing on Dashboard

Hi,

 

An SSO application that has been added, is unavailable on the Okta Dashboard.

 

I have investigated the ' Do Not Display App Icon' boxes, and they are unchecked.

 

This application was working correctly, until users were added to the group, then the application on the Dashboard vanished.

 

This was working correctly before and had been tested successfully

    Is it an OIDC application ? Those don't show in the dashboard by default. If it's SAML, does it not show up for everyone or just one / some users ?

    Like @NiallM.34104 (Atlas Identity)​ stated above, OIDC applications will not show up in the dashboard by default as they often employ a re-direct. It is possible to get a dashboard icon/application by utilizing a Bookmark Application, which would give your users something to interact with on their dashboard.

     

    Again, SAML should certainly show up assuming that "Do not display app icon" is not checked and that it is assigned to the intended audience. I hope that helps!!
