I have a user whose AD account is not getting imported to Okta, and trying import either full or incremental does not import the user. All other users in that OU appear to have been created successfully.
I already tried -
- Disable user in AD
- Run a incremental import from Directory integrations
- Enable user in AD
- Run a incremental import from Directory Integrations
Any help is appreciated

There could be 2 main reasons why the user is not imported:
