AD User Not Found in Okta

I have a user whose AD account is not getting imported to Okta, and trying import either full or incremental does not import the user. All other users in that OU appear to have been created successfully.

 

I already tried -

  1. Disable user in AD
  2. Run a incremental import from Directory integrations
  3. Enable user in AD
  4. Run a incremental import from Directory Integrations

 

Any help is appreciated

    There could be 2 main reasons why the user is not imported:

    1. User does not have all the required attributes, and since it's missing attributes user is skipped during the import. You can review this in the System log, if you can see Skipped import, expand the log and see what attributes is missing.
    2. User is outside of the OU's that are synced with Okta. Make sure that the user is in the correct OU.
