    Are you referring to your support account? I would reach out to Okta Support as they can inform you the different accounts you have and assist in identifying the correct one, including removing the incorrect ones. Please note that sometimes assigning your email out to different accounts in different orgs can contribute to this problem when signing into the support portal (first hand experience here).     If you are talking about your Community account, you can write to community_unsubscribe@okta.com

     

    If it is related to the Okta account, then you can either ask an admin of your organisation to delete your account or, if you are the only admin, contact support to help with that.
