      I have already enabled that functionality for them. We have users who are changing profiles but using the same apps and wanted to download into excel so they can then add all their credentials into their new profile.

        Great! Then unfortunately to my knowledge, that is the extent to which users can access their passwords. They could also look into password stores as well to save those in an alternate location if they are needed (KeePass, LastPass, etc.). Those are true, dedicated password managers that would probably afford your users more functionality for the use case you have described. Thanks!
