NicolasR.94674 (Customer) asked a question.

corporate tenant access

An administrator of the entity a few years ago created an okta tenant for an integration with Palo Alto. The person is no longer in the entity and the access password was not documented. Trying to restore access via email, security questions are asked to which the answers are unknown. I would like to know if it is possible somehow to restore access to the account

    Hi, @NicolasR.94674 (Customer)

Thank you for posting on our Community page!

Since you are no longer able to authenticate to your Okta tenant, we would suggest to reach out to another administrator from your organization to perform a password reset or any actions that would resolve the login issue. In case you are the only Super Admin, the best route to pursue would be to open a support case.

To open a case please visit: https://support.okta.com/help/s/opencase

Thank you for reaching out to our Community and have a great day!
