Does OKTA supports PHP 8 Version?
You need to reverse the question. Okta supports identity standards for SSO. So if you're talking about a PHP8 written application using Okta for authentication, then just look for one of the ( many ) PHP8 OIDC libraries that you can plug in. Then Okta will work just fine.
