AkhilA.45831 (Customer) asked a question.

Do we Have to Pay for Just in Time (JIT) user ?

Hello, I have an Org A where I am allowing Org B to do SSO and login to our application. I am adding them as an IDP, and JIT users are being added from Org B to Org A. In Org B, they are paying for those users, and my question is, when they get added as JIT users to Org A, will Org A have to pay again for those users in their Org?

  • Hello @AkhilA.45831 (Customer) Thank you for reacting out to our Community!

Each user in the organisation will consume one licence, as such you will have to pay for reach user that you provision/JIT into the organisation. However we recommend to reach out to your account executive as well, as they are the persons that can provide the more accurate response on this matter.
