MikeT.74331 (Customer) asked a question.

Can I stop Okta from asking our end users to set up a second authenticator?

Pretty new to Okta and I set up a new SAML application that asks users to create a password and then select either Google Authenticator or Okta Verify as their second factor. However, as soon as they set up one authenticator, Okta's user activation process asks them to set up the other authenticator. They have the option to click [Set up later], but I would like to suppress this second set up step.

Is that possible?

Thanks in advance!
