I signed up for a dev tenant but forgot the password. I tried to reset but receive the email saying only an admin can reset my password. I would technically be the admin of this dev tenant and there's no additional test users. How can I get my password reset for this so I can use it for trainings?

Since you are no longer able to authenticate to your Okta tenant, we would suggest to reach out to another administrator from your organization to perform the password reset or any actions that would resolve the login issue. In case you are the only Super Admin, the best route to pursue would be to open a support case.
