Hey there! Guys, I have a question users couldn't login into Okta successfully in browser.
Almost all the members can login into Okta successfully,but We have met few people cannot login in, They got the error "Unable to sign in" and the logs showed it as a VERIFICATION_ERROR.
But when I used someone's mail and password, I can pass the authorization.
Are there any limits in locations here when login?
In log, Display name is showed as unknown,Is there a problem here?

Yes, you can configure access to be restricted based on IP geolocation and many other conditions as well. You can review details about this here:

Without knowing the details, there could be any number of reasons why the authentication is failing, but I would start by reviewing the configured sign-on policies. (Okta Admin Dashboard → Security → Authentication → Sign On)
