Configuring Okta to Consider Primary Reason for Termination in Workday

We consider Workday as the primary source of employee data. Whenever an employee is terminated, our HR department indicates the reason for termination, which could be either voluntary or involuntary, or they can have multiple termination reasons. In situations where there is only one reason, such as voluntary or involuntary, Okta correctly identifies it. However, if there are multiple reasons for termination, including voluntary, involuntary, and potentially others, Okta marks it as involuntary. I would like to configure Okta to consider only the primary reason for termination. Is this feasible? Please ensure no changes in made, this ticket is only to understand the feasibility.
