I sent a user a brand new laptop. Trying to get her signed into Outlook, Teams, and OneDrive (On a 365 business account) she gets the Okta challenge, puts in her username and password, it sends the SMS to her phone, she puts in the code, and she gets the Okta challenge again. Over and over. I reset her 2Factor and set it up again, same result. Okta logs said she logged in succesfully. So I tried to setup my account on her computer. I got the same result with me sending the Okta Push to Okta Verify and then it is challenging me again. What could be causing this?

This issue might happen when there is a miss-match with the immutable ID for the office application. We recommend to check if the value from MS and Okta are the same, if not to correct it for her account.

It works on her current computer. And I tried my login on the new computer, which works fine on my computer, and not the new one. She can also open the Office 365 web portal from Okta, just can't log into the desktop apps. This is the second time I have seen this, and it has to have something to do with the computer I would think.
