    I would assume you are using Automation feature for this. I would recommend to re-visit the settings and see if something is not set properly. Please see our doc below:

    Hi Rico Ortega ,

    You can revisit the policy configurations , also you can check the following points as well ,

    • Did the users changed their passwords before the expiration date. If they have changed their passwords, then the account will remain active until the next password expiration date.
    • Is there any exceptions to the password policy that could be causing the accounts to remain active. For example, there may be certain users or groups that have been exempted from the password expiration policy.
    • Also you can verify the account source as well for example if the account is sourced from Active directory then the password policy will be different along with the password expiration time.
