UlisesG.56226 (Customer) asked a question.

Hi 1 question

Hello, I just created an account to use it with Angular (I logged in via gmail, I don't know if this affects) the question I can't access because I don't know what my username and password would be, I try to reset the password and it tells me that I don't have an account created with my gmail account. Help please :D

  • Hi @UlisesG.56226 (Customer) , Thank you for reaching out to the Okta Community!

Since you are no longer able to authenticate to your Okta tenant, I would suggest to reach out to another administrator from your organization to perform a password reset or any actions that would resolve the login issue. In case you are the only Super Admin, the best route to pursue would be to reach out to the Okta Support team.

If my answer helped, remember to mark it as best to increase its visibility for other members of the Okta Community who might have the same questions as you.

    Hope my answer helps!

Hello, I logged in with the gmail account using the modal. There is no way to receive it by email or similar?

And how do I communicate with the okta part

    thank you so much

    • Self-service would have to have been configured and enabled via the administration dashboard of your tenant. If you've misplaced/forgotten or otherwise lost you account information, the only way to recover your account is with the help of the Support Team.

You can open a case via the link I've provided earlier or by calling the support line:
