Hey folks.
This is my first try with the community, so please be patient with me 🙂
We went all-in with Okta the past weekend. Everything went smoothly except one thing. When a user tries to sign-in to his Outlook (Office) application, he cannot authenticate using the locally installed Okta Verify app (Windows). It just doesnt open. See screenshots below:
Did any of you experience this problem before? Your help is greatly appreciated.

Thanks for the quick response. Unfortunately, we have enabled this already and it doesnt resolve the problem. We want to be able to launch Okta Verify desktop app from within the Office login dialog, which doesnt work.
Any other ideas?
