MinhT.00354 (Customer) asked a question.

Can't login to Microsoft Outlook desktop app after federating/provisioing my O365 domain

So I just federated and provisioned my Office 365 domain with Okta.

I already assigned the O365 app to a user. Looks like the user can login to his Okta account then to the Outlook mailbox just fine on a web browser, but his already logged in account on the Outlook desktop app can't seem to login. It keeps asking to in put the credentials.

How do I fix this issue?

Thanks,

    I've figured out this issue.

To login to thick client like Outlook desktop application, we need to check on the box Exchange ActiveSync/Legacy Auth under the Sign On tab of Office 365 application in Okta. Don't forget to hit the Refresh Application Data button under Applications > More to make sure the change is properly applied.
