We use OKTA to MFA into our network and business organizations that send out text messages must register to ensure mobile companies will allow text messages through. Does anyone know if OKTA is registered with The Campaign Registry (TCR)?

We use a third party for our SMS service, Twilio and TeleSign, which both of them are registered to TCR.
