    If you are an end-user, we recommend to reach out to your IT department/Helpdesk and have this issue resolved as from our end we do not have the required access to resolve this.

     

    If you are an admin, if this error is given before the login this would indicate an issue with it. We would recommend to check that you have the latest application or to check with Amazon Support to further troubleshoot this issue.
