Which admin profile should I assign to our Sr DevOps if he wants to Create OIDC app integrations?
Hi,
Our Sr DevOps if he wants to Create OIDC app integrations following the steps here - https://help.okta.com/en-us/Content/Topics/Apps/Apps_App_Integration_Wizard_OIDC.htm
May I know which admin profile should I assign to him? I cannot assign the App Administrator profile because there is no app integration yet. I also tried the Organization admin but that admin cannot manage apps?

The API Access Management Admin might be what you are looking for, as mentioned in the following documentation:

That being said, it might require the API Access Management SKU/entitlement if you do not already have it. For that, you'll need to reach out to your Okta Account Executive and discuss possible costs.
