As Okta's integration isn't able to see custom table contents in BambooHR. https://support.okta.com/help/s/article/BambooHR-Is-Not-Showing-Custom-Tables-In-Okta?language=en_US
I think it would be possible to pull the missing info from the BambooHR report API and add the missing info into our Okta user accounts.
How can I get the data into Okta and processed? Workflows?

As the documentation mentions, this is currently not available but we recommend to reach out to BambooHR Support to convert the data entries from leveraging custom tables to custom fields instead.
