We did not find any ways to have display name of enums attribute in different languages. So when a user logs in, the profile enrollment page is display in only one possible language.

Yeah I know that part, but there is no way, as far as I know, to define custom attribute with enum in multiple language. So whatever is your display language, the enum can only be display as they are entered, meaning in only one language.
