Hi,
Recently we have configured the Azure client VPN and its working as expected but we have delay in connecting the VPN client on system. We may need to attempt 3 to 4 times to connect the VPN.
We have verified all the settings from Meraki, Okta Radius agent and Windows builtin VPN, but could not find any issue with them. Please suggest how to over come this issue.

I advise you to run a network trace in order to see where the latency comes from. You could check this article out for info:

Also, you could do a sign in test with a test user to see the direct connection to Okta without VPNs in the way.
