Hi, i'm an engineer of Planet payment company. We have an issue with one user because OKTA cannot see the active Workday account (confirmed) of Nicola De Cupis. His email address is [REDACTED by moderator] and we need to assign to him workday app. Could you please check everything that can include the API feed from workday to find out why.
