I am sure I am missing something simple here, but we have just gotten Okta for the Advanced Server Access capability and I cant set the sign on method. The training and all other materials I can find show that when you are signed in as an admin (my account is a super admin) and add the ASA app to your org, then under the "Sign On" tab there are various methods listed. When I go to it I see a message with "There are no sign-on modes available for this application" and I am unable to progress.
I have tried removing and re-adding the application as well as using a different admin account without any luck.
