Good morning,
We have an issue that has been impacting our users this week. It has come up in the past as well. Users are setting up their MFA and using SMS to complete the setup. They are reporting that the messages fail, take several hours, or do not come thru at all. The issue comes up with most popular mobile carriers.
We checked the logs for a user with the issue. It shows that the SMS is sent with a success event but within a second a failure is returned. The actor --> alternateID is system@okta.com. The rawuseragent on the failure event is TwilioProxy/1.1. The user is in USA. The request was sent using an Apple iPhone running iOS 16.2.
Any information would be greatly appreciated.

Hi @MartinR.12547 (Customer) Thank you for reaching us, i can see that in twilio had some issues with the sms deliverability for today but this was fixed and now the sms should arrive as expected.
