    Hi @MayaG.42057 (Customer)​,

     

    If I understand this functionality correctly, if you click the "Request an app" it'll just sends an email to your Okta administrators. From the Okta admin console you can add ServiceNow application and then it would show up on this end user dashboard for an access (just for login and it wouldn't open any requests etc. since that would be some custom implementation).

     

    I hope this makes sense.

    Hi, yes, you're correct. Currently, it is sending an email to the admins. But we would like to take this to the next level - to automatically create a ticket in ServiceNow with the access request or at least to redirect the user to an URL for submitting this request manually to ServiceNow.
