Good Morning,
we are planning on updates our user estate email addresses to a new domain. I would like to understand if there is a mechanism to export, update and then import this data?

Depending on if your accounts are Okta native accounts only or not and how the "estate email addresses" are being used it is hard to say what the best way to do this is. That being said, take a look at the Okta Rockstar plugin for user attribute exporting and look at "Import from CSV" as a possible option.
Another option you can consider is to create an Okta Workflow that would loop users and perform the attribute update.
