I'm posting a question in hopes that a staff sees this. I recently signed in with my org access to create a support ticket for me to change my OKTA domain to the developer one to randomnamehere.okta.com. I tried to go there, but I saw that the Google sign button isn't there. I tried to go to my custom domain OKTA address, but I remembered that I accidentally deleted it. I know it feels like I'm rambling, but I don't know how to access it. The org username is the same as this email I'm using. Don't really want to put any domains in public here, but if a support agent emails me, I will give it to you.

Hi! Thanks for reaching out to the community. To validate what you are requesting, it seems as though you are attempting to access a Developer tenant, but are running into some issues. If this is accurate and you are unable to login, my recommendation is that you reach out to Okta Support so that they can reinstate you into your org, where you can further make configurations as necessary. Unless there is another org admin available, that would be your only option as those of us on the community site will be unable to assist. I do hope this helps!
Hi! This is Radu from the Okta Support Team.
Unfortunately we would need additional information to verify you are indeed the Admin of the Tenant, so I would highly suggest you reach out to us via phone on the following numbers:
From there one of my colleagues should be able to help you further in re-gaining access to the Org. As this was answered above, if you have more questions or you want to dive more into the issue please open a support case with us.
