I use Outlook & Teams on my laptop for work all day long. I have the exact same login credentials that I use when trying to log in on my phone. I've downloaded, deleted, and downloaded both apps so many times - even did the "clear cache" from the settings. My IT department has reset my Okta account and I still can't log in. I even accessed Outlook via Safari with no problem. I'm continuing to get an "unable to sign in" error message. I purposely left off "org" on my email and even typed in my password wrong just to see if it would tell me my credentials are wrong. Still received the "unable to sign in" error message. I'm logged into my Okta app at all times. My IT department has tried to help, but I feel as if they gave up. Can anyone please help me???? I need to be able to access these apps when I'm not in the office!

While Okta provides the Product, individual account management is handled by your company or service provider.
Please reach out to the company's or service provider's IT support or Help Desk so they can help with login issues (most likely a password issue) and provide further assistance.
