Hi all!
I am in the process of integrating our HRIS, Hibob into OKTA via SCIM integration (not api). I've reached an issue where data is not pulling through into OKTA and producing a "null" instead. Default mappings, pulled first and last names, title, primary email etc but not custom attributes created with details form hibob itself
-double checked service account permission, field mappings > external name and details that hibob and okta use.
Import looks to work but only pulls half the information that we need.
Does anyone have any suggestions (ive reached out to hibob already)
Thanks !

Hi Laura,
Thanks for the links!
I have seen those and have been using the Hibob SCIM integration steps - but still no avail with a complete successful integration with custom fields.
It pulls some of the default field mapping like first, last name, primary email, tile. However, it is not pulling info such as department or reports to etc. I have reached out to Hibob support - but awaiting further steps!
Any other info, or tips to troubleshoot would be great!
Thanks
Aliena
Any updates from Bob Aliena? We just tried integrating ourselves and are met with the same issue. I've opened a ticket with them but they're a bit slow to reply so I was curious your journey so far.
Hey there - got this one resolved.
After confirming in hibob that permissions are set as required for the svc account and the field mappings are correct in both the okta and hibob profile editor.
head back to the hibob app in okta - the import tab, towards the top right is IMPORT NOW with a user icon - you will need to reimport the users back into okta for the mappings to apply. Any new mappings or changes needs an import. Once IMPORT NOW complete, the current test users fields populated and a new user import also had the required fields populated.
Hope that helps
