Hello,
Running into issues trying to get the Okta AD Agent installed onto our one of our domain controllers. I am following the steps found here.

The first run through, I get to step 3.k and log into Okta using my admin credentials. After that, this blank error message pops up. Since that attempt, I do not get the option to log into Okta anymore. It immediately goes to this blank screen.
Checking the installation logs found , this is what I see.
Troubleshooting steps taken
- I've deleted the C:/Program Files (x86)/Okta/Okta AD Agent before attempting another installation.
- I've tried on a different domain controller. Same vpc
- Checked local and global policies for AES-128 and 256
- Verified that we have all of these prerequisites in link below.
- Using my own domain admin credentials to install
- When prompted, used a super admin okta account to login

I got the same issue since 2 month. I found a workaround by creating the service manually and some copy paste during the setup process.
At this time, the support is still investigating with no success 😐
