Associate new device

Help, I had my OKTA app on Iphone associated to my company (Hitachi EU), now that I have changed iphone, on the web (dashboard-settings-Okta Verify) it seems active, without allowing me to activate it (QR code appears).

    While Okta provides the Product, individual account management is handled by your company or service provider.  

     

    Please reach out to the company's or service provider's IT support or Help Desk so they can help with login issues and provide further assistance.

    Hi Victor Idrogo ,

    Try to remove the okta verify associated to your old phone for that you need to click on the Remove button (End user dashboard > Settings > Edit Profile ) and try to add the new phone .

    and when I hit edit profile, I get the one to enter the OKTA code, which obviously I don't have, I am asking the area that took the iphone to do it.

    I am having the same issue. I have a new phone, the old one died so I can't transfer anything and when I go to settings it wants a verify code which I don't have. When I try to get to into Okta Verify I'm getting a message indicating that My organization does not support sign-in verification. But it is clearly set on my account. I am the administrator for the organization and it won't let me remove it from my account with a verify code.
