We are trying to provision our users and groups from OKTA to Zendesk. For starters, the Zendesk application doesn't have a provisioning tab. On the Push Groups tab, there is a button that says Enable Provisioning. Whenever I hit it, I am taken back to the General tab, where there is no place to enable provisioning. Any help would be appreciated.

I did some research and it seems you don’t have the Lifecycle management Feature Flag. My recommendation is to reach out to your Account Executive for more information on this feature.
