From our ServiceNow instance we would like to manage our groups in AD but have OKTA be the truth source.
I looked in the OKTA API documentation but only see a way to create groups in OKTA but not push groups.

This is currently unsupported but I was able to track down an existing Feature Enhancement Request. It seems to have passed Product review and is currently being considered for the Roadmap. I don't have an ETA for it but you can follow it here:
