We are setting up Workday Sandbox with Okta Preview. A concern is that when we enable to the sync from Workday Sandbox to our Okta Preview instance that it may kick off hundreds of activation emails. Is there anyway to disable these emails from happening?

Hi! Assuming you have an AD integration as well that you are pushing users into (please correct me if not) you can navigate to Directory > Profile Sources > Active Directory > Provisioning > To Okta > “Activation Emails” - then check the box that says “Don't send new user activation emails for this domain”. This will ensure those emails with username/credentials are not sent out.
To be sure though, that is the email you are referring to, correct?

Yes, the new user activation is the email we want to disable. The profile source we have is Workday (we don't use AD) and unfortunately there is no configuration options for activation emails under this integration. I'll probably have to escalate to support.
