We are currently using UltiPro as our master to feed Okta. We leverage the phone and email write back functionality and it works mostly except when a user no longer has a company email address. I cannot get the interface to clear out the work email address in UltiPro. I've checked the documentation of the web service Okta is leveraging and work email address is not required. I've tried passing null and "" via an expression. "" resulted in errors, null seems to do nothing. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I haven't done this for Ultipro but as for as i gone through the documentation write back functionality doesn't support null at-least i have seen for Workday - Once Okta sets the Primary Workday attributes, it will not be able to set it back to NULL. This is because of a Workday validation rule that does not allow NULL values (Known Issues)
