I'm not able to login to my developer account and I'm not able to reset password - the login page shows me two accounts where one account says I need to contact my "admin" and does not allow me to reset password and second one (where I was able to reset the password week ago) suddenly says that "User status in invalid". Is there some way how to reach Okta support to be able to find out whats going on? I can probably create new developer account using new email address as I do not have any production services using the Okta SSO but that seems like bad "solution" :). Thanks

Since you are no longer able to authenticate to your Okta tenant, I would suggest to reach out to another administrator from your organisation to perform a password reset or any actions that would resolve the login issue. In case you are the only Super Admin, the best route to pursue would be to reach out to the Okta Support team.

Thanks @paul.stiniguta1.508386743840768E12 (Okta, Inc.). I tried to use direct mail but I got response then I should "contact admin" or use community support. I noticed there is a Messages section so thats probably the right way to reach support now? Going to try that 🙂
