Error removing an unconfigured LDAP integration

I am trying to deactivate (and then delete) an unconfigured LDAP integration, similar to https://support.okta.com/help/s/question/0D50Z00008Kg8VtSAJ/how-to-remove-a-not-yet-configured-ldap-integration-from-the-list.

After listing all apps, I use the id to then issue the deactivate request, but the request fails with error E0000020 (bad request).

Does anyone know how to perform this in v2022.12.3 E?

    Hey Joseph,

Thanks for reaching out to OKTA support! My name is Razvan and I will be the one helping you with this today.

We'll need to force complete the integration from our side in order for you to be able to delete it. In order for us to do that, you will need to provide us with your OKTA subdomain. Once you ve done that, I'll let you know when you can delete the integration.

    Looking forward to your reply!

    Hi Razvan,

Thank you for the quick response. To be honest, I have several instances that I use for development and they all can be deleted (even this one as I would rather start over).

This subdomain is dev-81940762 and the directory is named "LDAP", but I am sure it would be better if I provided a list of all my domains and followed whatever process is required for removing them?

    Thank you again!

    Hey Joseph,

Sure, go ahead and list the sub domains and the LDAP integrations you're having issues in deleting.

    Hi Razvan,

I only have one LDAP directory that I want to delete: subdomain: dev-81940762 directory: LDAP

However, that whole tenant (or instance) could be deleted. The following are no longer needed:

    • dev-81940762
    • dev-00108167
    • dev-81940762

I don't know the process for requesting that an entire tenant be deleted (auth0 exposes this functionality as part of your single login) and I would prefer they all be deleted (and not just the directory from one tenant).

    Thank you

    Hi Joseph,

I made the necessary changes so you can delete the LDAP integration. Unfortunately, deleting those tenants is not something I can assist you with. Please open another ticket for that issue and one of my colleagues will assist you as soon as possible.
