For the Microsoft Office 365 Okta app., I just noticed that Word, Excel and PowerPoint don't work. However, Mail, OneDrive, SharePoint and the Office Portal work. I do not know when this started. I don't know where to begin. Can anyone assist?

Thank you for posting on the Okta community page!
Based on the screenshot provided it seems that the error is thrown by Office, therefore my recommendation would be to try and capture a HAR file while reproducing the behaviour since additional information can be found that could lead to the root cause of the issue.
Additionally, I would recommend to check the system logs on both Okta and Microsoft to see if any errors or events have been captured regarding this behaviour. You could also try to see if you are encountering the same error when trying to authenticate through an SP initiated flow.
