Hi,
My organisation uses Okta to authenticate to JIRA as well as Microsoft Office and associated services (eg. Sharepoint, Word etc.). I noticed over last few days that once an Okta user in my organisation resets his/her password (which is a monthly process), they are no longer able to access JIRA and Office with the new password. However, previous password works for JIRA (not for Office). Please assist here as both JIRA and Office are critical to our organisation.
For Office: On AD we notice error code 50173 and 50125 (User authentication was blocked because they need to provide password reset information. Their next interactive sign in will ask them for this, which the app should trigger next.) Error code 50173User authentication was blocked because they need to provide password reset information. I would open a P2 Okta support ticket for this issue (see the "Get support" button on the bottom right corner).
